Hi Linda,

The spreadsheet that was linked to at the top of this thread is pretty much a disaster. People have monkeyed around with the formulae rather than just putting in their own numbers, so it no longer works correctly. If you want to e-mail me, I will send you a link to a version of the sheet that I tried to repair. While I'm at it, I am going to take down the link to the spreadsheet that's posted here.
