I gave it a value of $292.00/acre as getting that much nitrogen in the grass seems to be the equivalent of putting down around 500 lbs of N, or 1100 lbs of 46-0-0.

That's pricing 46-0-0 at $0.27/lb and assuming efficiency of getting it in the harvested portion of the plant in the mid 30% range, which seems about the average.

In this post, Tom Nichols reports quoted prices for urea of $590/ton applied to the field.
